Who we are

This site is operated by MyGoodCFO LLC(“MyGoodCFO,” “we,” “us”), at www.mygoodcfo.com. For any privacy question or request, contact admin@goodservicecompany.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. Our contact form and booking calendar are embedded from GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management provider. When you submit the contact form we receive the information you enter: your first and last name, business name, email address, phone number, and your message. The form also includes an optional checkbox consenting to receive SMS messages. When you book a call, we receive the contact details and scheduling information you provide to the calendar.

Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are read. If a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured for the site, Google Analytics 4 also runs and collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring site.

The readiness assessment. The assessment on our homepage requires no email address and does not ask for your name. When you finish it, we send an analytics event recording the result category and the fixed multiple-choice answers that produced it — for example the lane you selected and the revenue range you chose. These are preset options, not free text, and this site does not tie them to your name or email.

Context passed to the booking page. If you reach the booking page from the assessment or another part of the site, non-identifying context about your selections may travel in the page address and be forwarded to the booking calendar, so the conversation starts informed.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.
  • To provide and improve our services, and to understand which parts of the site are useful.
  • To send you information you asked for, or that relates to a conversation you started with us.
  • To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

We rely on third parties to run this site and our intake process. They process information on our behalf, and each maintains its own privacy policy which governs its handling of your data:

  • GoHighLevel — hosts the embedded contact form and booking calendar, and stores the enquiries and bookings we receive.
  • Vercel — hosts this website and provides page-view analytics.
  • Google Analytics — provides usage analytics, where enabled for the site.

Cookies and analytics

This website's own code does not set cookies and does not store information in your browser's local storage. The third-party services above may set cookies or use similar technologies from within their embedded content or analytics scripts, under their own policies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings; doing so may affect how the embedded form and calendar behave.

Text messages and email

The contact form includes an optional consent checkbox for SMS. We send text messages only where you have given that consent, and message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Marketing emails include a way to unsubscribe, and we honour opt-out requests promptly. Messages relating directly to an active conversation or engagement are not marketing messages.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and after that as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the analytics provider. You can ask us to delete your information — see below.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. To make a request, email admin@goodservicecompany.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply; say so in your request and we will address them.

Children's privacy

This site and our services are directed to businesses and organizations, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact admin@goodservicecompany.com and we will delete it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, and our providers maintain their own safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send financial account numbers or login credentials through the website form.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The current version is always posted on this page, with a revised effective date shown at the top. This version is effective August 5, 2026.
