What a fractional CFO costs.
Ours, published.
A full-time CFO: $150,000–$300,000 a year, plus benefits, plus the risk of hiring wrong.
What it costs.
Published, because you shouldn't have to book a call to find out.
At $2,500 you get a CFO in the room with you once a month, one-on-one (Full Service makes that weekly) — cash flow and forecasting reviewed with you, budget variance pressure-tested, your board meeting prepared.
The value isn't the reporting; it's the decisions the reporting makes possible, from structuring the business to grow through to preparing for exit. Full Service is the bigger commitment: we produce the reporting and run the finance function week to week, rather than advising on one you already have.

Questions people ask
Frequently asked questions
- How much does a fractional CFO cost?
- Ours start at $2,500 a month. Full service is $5,000.
- Why don't other firms publish pricing?
- We can't speak for how other firms price. We publish ours because you shouldn't have to book a call to find out whether we're in your range.
- What's the cheapest option?
- It isn't us, and we'd rather be straight about that. We're priced against the cost of the decisions we help you get right, not against the lowest bid. If price is the deciding factor, we're probably the wrong fit — there are cheaper options, and we'll happily point you toward better-fitting help.
- Is the first call really free?
- Yes. It's a discovery conversation — your current financial position, key challenges, and goals — to work out whether we're the right fit.
